Another lovely at that. Rode yesterday but might well be tempted again today as so nice. New chain on bike after degreasing it and applying Squirt.

Morning. A chilly start here but bright and sunny. I did the hill walk for a change. I hadn't been up there in a few months and I could tell! I must start doing it more regularly and keep the strength in the legs. Strava shows all your previous efforts on the same route and that was the highest effort this morning.

Yes, though we should have won and with a quality striker would have been three up at half-time.

I dare not mention it in the football thread but Coventry aren't a particularly great team. Good for the Championship but we matched them blow for blow. Very vulnerable down the right, we had five or six beautiful crosses into their six yard box, all of which we failed to convert. That was just in the first half.

Good to see Frank back in the Premier League, though.

Hopefully another good season will put him back in the frame for Chelsea and we can get rid of the current useless incumbent.
