I've just looked and it is a Kawasaki.
There was a model that looked very much like a Triumph. I believe it was the W650.
I found a purse in Tesco's this afternoon.
It had lots of bank cards etc in the slots & maybe money, too but I didn't look further into the depths.. Who knows what other stuff a ladies purse could have lurking within!! 😲
I handed in to the security & customer counter so, hopefully, it will be reunited with it's owner.

Probably a Kawasaki W800.
Not trying to teach you how to suck eggs but I would never do that. There are too many stories of things handed in mysteriously disappearing. I would speak to security and make sure its recorded, maybe phone the police as well the try and trace the owner. I all fails then phone one of the banks.

I once found a purse in a car park - i was just after all the shops closed so there were vert few cars left
I was lucky and found a receipt from a B&B in the purse and rang them
They had the number fo the person who had dropped it and rang them
If I did hand it into a supermarket I would want a receipt or something - if only to protect myself!
The lady on the counter spoke with, and showed the contents of the purse to, the security chap while I was there.
I am sure they are both honest people. Its just that I dont KNOW whereas I DO know I am honest.
Just me being cynical .
Mrs W left her phone in Tesco’s at the checkout as it’s an iPhone we located it as being there through her iPad. We went to the help desk and asked if anyone had handed in an iPhone. They straight away said no however on saying well it’s showing as being here. They suddenly back tracked and said we’ll just check and guess what there it was.
Clearly they were hoping nobody would come and ask about it.

A toss up between a cycle ride of cutting back the viburnum. It would have been a good ride as there was very little wind out and quite warm in fact. As you have guessed the viburnum won. I won`t feel so guilty next time I have a cycle but the forecast for the next 3 days is wind. They mean, back to the wind again! Looking like rain now, I hav`nt seen such dark clouds of late. Nimbus probably or something like that.
Walked to Wimborne and popped into Waitrose for a meal deal. Used the self service till and was surprised to see the " please wait while an attendant comes to help ". Turns out my apple and grape drink had a lot of caffeine in it 🤔 ( checked the label and it was about the same as an espresso)
Sat at a picnic table on the green outside the store and tucked into a pesto, pasta and tomato salad followed by some fresh melon. I toyed with the idea of walking back the way that I came but decided it was too warm. A wise decision as I can feel the skin on my face is tight.
Mrs Tkk is making curry so a beer will be in order🍺

On a more mundane note managed to get out on the bike for a 70km loop in to Suffolk after not getting out yesterday due partly to getting waylaid by our neighbours after which I couldn't be arsed to get changed and go
.Will be having wine tonight as a post ride reward.

or possibly they did not know and it had not been recorded properly??
I have seen situations where different members of staff in a store think the procedure for recording "lost property" are different
I was in one shop where they looked through 3 different books to see if something had been handed in or not!!!
