Oh - forgot
my bike (OK OK ebike) went over 12,000 miles today on my ride!!
and I seem to be back to being OK riding in the lowest power assists setting - after having to go up a notch after a cold a couple of weeks ago which only lasted a day but screwed my breathing up for a while as it refused to go

I went to bed with plans for today in my head only to way up with the realisation its Tuesday......I had thought it was Wednesday!!! Which leaves me with nothing planned.
I will get a walk in and depending how the old legs are later I will aim for the 2.5 circuit.

Good morning all from a wet Barnet.
It's been raining overnight and is now damp and drizzerly.
I'm going to cycle to the farm for a dozen of their own eggs and then down to the Railway Bell for lunch as it is one of our escape committee members 74th birthday today, and we are meeting up today instead of Thursday.
Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly goodies today, except for the eggs and MrsP is out for most of the day, pilates this morning and art class this afternoon.

Morning. Dull and quite breezy here. Roads are still wet. We did get a shower last night but nothing to do any good for the gardens.
Good morning from an overcast Dorset. No hedgehog activity last night, just the usual cats patrolling and a vixen having a sniff around. Bin men have just been, they certainly get some steps in and our crew seen to jog at a fair pace between properties. That brought to mind " Dave the Dust " a member of our running club back in the 80's. Lovely guy, council bin man by day and accomplished long distance runner.
