£150 spent at the garden centre, but we did get a car full of plants, and 4x 50L bags of Levington compost.
Over the next few days the front garden will be tidied and then will be planted up with the bedding plants and some of the perennials.
I don't expect any heavy frosts from now on.

I used to occasionally have an afternoon snooze but I just don’t get tired during the day. Bad enough trying to get much more than a few hours at night. I will have another little walk I think.

…..and I have walked. It’s school sports day today. A decent day for it.

I couldn’t cope with the temperatures you get down south. It’s about 18 here and I was starting to get too warm.
