Morning.
Overcast but due to brighten up and be nice and sunny soonish. Apparently.
So, washing on then bike ride and finally cut grass order of day so far. I'll hope to squeeze in watching Champions Cup rugby this afternoon all being well.

Off to Ellesmere this morning, BCQ hunting. Nice day for it. Just hope the BH weekend traffic isn’t troublesome

Walk done and half way through breakfast. I'm loving greek yoghurt at the moment. Having that with some low sugar granola and a handful of blueberries and raspberries. Rather yummy.

Hoping for a ride today

not sure where - the café boat will be out - but might try a new ride up round where I met my old school friend yesterday

but the canal will be nice in this weather

Back from Aldi. It was strangely very quiet. I expected it to be busy with people buying for the BBQ etc. Got everything i needed including ice cream and cones.....I already have the chocolate flakes .
Q. Do I go for a walk or really chill out ?

WE did have but god knows where it is now.

I have a 4.5 tog and a 9.5 tog and using the press studs I can join them together to make 14 tog
I find the latter too hot, so hardly use that combination, I'll put my 4.5 one one today and if it gets
colder I have a quilted throw I can put on the top.

Me too. I think my coverless duvet is something like a 4 tog and I use it all year round.

We never take ours off ! (4 1/2 tog) If it gets a bit cold we just put a fleecy blanket on top.

Good morning from a sunny Dorset. Daughter and her chap arrived yesterday afternoon and we headed out for a walk, finishing at the local pub. Had 3 pints of " Faith " from Northern Monk so feeling a bit vague this morning. Lunch is at the 29029 Nepalese restaurant, 10 of us will be celebrating my 77th birthday 😮

It's a grey sky with small blue patches.

The garden is still soaking wet.

For some reason I have not bothered to shave this week and apparently I look like a degenerate. I am under orders to get rid of the 'beard'.
