I decided on a walk. It had clouded over but fine for walking. Got 1.3 miles in.
Not sure who to report this to but I was walking past a pub and someone jumped out, dragged me in and forced me to drink this.....

The queues both ways of cars and trucks going in and out of the Port of Dover were huge this morning as I rode over the bridge above today.

Good morning from a sunny Dorset. Daughter and her chap arrived yesterday afternoon and we headed out for a walk, finishing at the local pub. Had 3 pints of " Faith " from Northern Monk so feeling a bit vague this morning. Lunch is at the 29029 Nepalese restaurant, 10 of us will be celebrating my 77th birthday 😮

Off to Ellesmere this morning, BCQ hunting. Nice day for it. Just hope the BH weekend traffic isn’t troublesome

Had a lovely ride. Perfect weather, quiet back roads, only spoiled by one inconsiderate Golf driver. Found a good sandwich shop in Ellesmere and then stopped at a cafe on the way back for an iced tea.

1. Do you wear specs ?
2. If so did you need new ones after your cataracts were done.
I had to get new specs some 6 months ago and the optician told me that after my cataracts were done I would need new ones. The hospital haven't mentioned it.

Or you may not need specs at all asmy wife did.

After Mary's cataracts were done she no longer needed specs!

Plan executed to perfection. Or something.
Anyway, washing was put out. Ride was ridden 34 miles. Rugby was watched.
Grass was cut. Washing was got in.
Beer and vino collapso consumed.
Now gently relaxing on sofa with cats for company.
It's a hard life.

The PLAN** is to have breckie then go for a walk. I have to feed the ignorant cat first.
Its the final day of the footy season and there are some critical games so I will be glued to the TV later.
**plans have a way of failing with me so we shall see.

Good morning all.
A warm day is forecast, 30⁰c down here and a cloudless sky.
I'll be out with Millie for a walk shortly before it gets too hot, as an elderly dog she does suffer in the heat. We might have to report to spraying her with cool water this afternoon.
As @Dave7 says a couple of important games this afternoon, Spurs need just a point to stay up. But, if West Ham win and Spurs lose they go down. I'll be watching with trepidation.
First cup of tea of the being drunk, I might need something stronger later on.🤔
