TBH i prefer to see these things close up but my 1st recommendation is to open your ring to its max and slide the piston in. You will immediately know if its the right fit.

I have to say you sound like you have a lot of experience with ‘ pistons ‘ and opening ‘rings ‘ . 😀

Though I am not totally sure if you an engine expert, a gigolo or an agony aunt . 😂😂

Afternoon all. Just back from volunteering. It was just a select group today, only four of us . I think the forecast put a lot of people off . The weather was as forecast , it started cold and wet then alternated between hot and wet for the rest of the morning . 😂
Still glad I went , it’s nice to be doing good things in the company of nice people . 😀

Ordered a stainless exhaust for the C70 yesterday. Received an email telling me the parcel was delayed, so would be delivered tomorrow. Then received an email telling it would be delivered today. So lord only knows when DHL plan to be bothered to deliver it. Ill just stay at home indefinitely and hope for the best.

Like Mr Numbnuts i have been awake for ages.
One for @ebikerwidnes. The government are trying to recruit x number of teachers. How do you fancy going back to teaching a class of hormonal teenagers ?

It has occurred to me


I gave it some thought and there are a few possibilities

a) No f*****G chance

and


b) absolutely no damn chance at all

If circumstance were different I might take a job as part time IT technician in a school

especially the one where my grand-daughter goes - if only for the amazingly good chance of being embarrassing in front of her friends

but teaching

nah - been there done that - it is not as easy as it looks!!!!
