Housework done. Now in my recliner with my 2nd coffee enjoying the cool breeze from the garden.

Mrs D taking me out for lunch.

Mini D bought me a new Tilley hat for Father's day, which is a good thing indeed.

Just back from a 5 mile jog. Took a bottle of water and had a slurp every 10 minutes. Felt quite hot over the last couple of k as I'm not acclimatised. I grabbed a bottle of fizzy water from the fridge when I got in, it was next to a can of G+T. So tempting...

I had messages and cards from 5 out 6. Presents so far from 3 out of 6, with 1 coming to pick me up for lunch, and 1 promising to arrive later this afternoon, one of them is on an oil-rig west of Shetland, so, he did well.

No6 I did hear from, but, he was asking for money, not unusual 😂

I got nice cards from daughter** and son PLUS a bottle of after shave.....I didnt need it but its nice to be appreciated
