Morning all.
A cool 13° here and a more manageable max of 26° promised.
Slept heavy so hoping this coffee will wake me up.
I will go for a walk about 06.30 then an Aldi trip is on the cards. I dont need much but it will get me out.
Have a good day peeps.

Good morning. Deliciously cool this morning with a nice breeze. I have all the downstairs windows open to wash out the stale, warm air. We're forecast for 24⁰ with a 12mph breeze. That will be nice but looking out of the window I think we will hit 30⁰ by 2.00pm.

It's a small person day. #2SP. She knows about Rovers. She has a beautiful blue and white shirt. When asked by Nana "Do you like tennis?" She replied "No, I play football!"....................she had been to one toddlers session. That's my girl. Mrs P is hoping to take the little one swimming. If that happens I need to strim and cut the grass. In other excitment I cleaned my chainsaw earlier on. As you do. What else is there to do on a Monday morning.

Right, I'm off. Manchester here I come.

Back from my walk. Really enjoyed it. Kept up a decent pace. I really dont want to tempt providence but I can see me getting back to what I was a few months ago as I felt steady apart from the odd wobble.
I will leave for Aldi at 07.50......this means missing the worst of the traffic which always starts at 0800......it also means I am at Aldi for when it opens.
Onwards and upwards.
@PaulSB there is a scripture that says "train up a boy the way he should go and even when he is old he will not depart from it".......nice to see you applying that to your granddaughter .

Cool and grey here and some very light rain/mizzle.

Nothing planned today might dig up some bamboo and need to get the Faran back on two wheels as the Stayer wheels are staying on the Stayer .

I don't follow club football, only England Int games.

I really want them to win, in Bellingham and Kane among others they have some genuine world class players.

As for the diving and pretending to be injured, it's woeful. Unfortunately every single team does it. Not an excuse but there it is.
What I don't understand is why so much holding and pushing is tolerated at corner kicks, it's ridiculous.
