Today I'll combine a job for the parish council eith a bike ride.

Good morning all, a humid start to the day here.
The surveysppojnted by the insurance company is coming today to assess he damage and see what is happening to our house. The Bay has definitely moved a bit as the windows are sticking, spart from the plasterwork falling down and the sill being loose.

Coooeeee. 15 deg here. We had rain overnight. Not much but anything is better than nothing.

We are looking for new furniture, mainly sofas. It may take some time to compromise 😆

A quick hello as I am heading out for my walk. I really dont feel like it but must try to keep moving.
A different route this morning that should give me 2 miles.
Weather......overcast but 17° and no rain.

Bloody petrified maybe......at 79 i, like others, are looking at people similar age or younger popping thier clogs.
I wish I believed in some sort of afterlife (with meeting Sue in mind) but i really dont.

Good morning from a bright and breezy Dorset. Black bin and food waste collection and Tuesday walking group. Speaking of walking, last week I planned to walk into Poole the long and pretty way. Going through the grounds of Upton House I had a bit of a wobble so thought to pop into the Tea Rooms for a sit down and a slice of cake. Of course, being half term and a lovely sunny day the tea rooms were busy with families so I determined to press on. It was here that I bumped into an acquaintance, a lovely lady, but she also has several Gold medals in talking for England which can get a bit wearing. An offer to drive me home was politely declined, but not before she had enquired about our Tuesday walking group, so it's with some trepidation that I will head up for the walk this morning.

Dogs walked. Very muggy 17 celsiuses out there.

Once if supped my coffee, tidied up and done my music practice ill be out on the bike, and I plan to start a new Your Bike in Front Of... thread. You'll like this one.

Bonjour.
The plumber is coming shortly to remove a radiator and install a new one in a different place.
We also have two great grand children coming at 8.30 till 3 30pm. They are 5 and 7 so a very stressful day ahead.

I went with a gourmet bacon cheeseburger followed by a posh chocolate brownie and ice cream, washed down with a glass of full fat coke. Won't need to eat for a week now!

I too am back from a dog walk, pulse now doon to 50.
