Too scared to check mine. Reintroducing too many carbs has really set off the binge eating again and I ate far too much yesterday.

I honestly think I am going to have to resign myself to being pretty much carnivore or I'm never going to drop this 20 lbs too much that I've been carrying for the last several years now.

You can get Black Tower from Sainsburys and Blue Nun is available from various outlets, although it is really a Riesling ftom Germany which is easily available from supermarkets.

Correction.
We have 3 great grand children and another two dogs from our son until lunch time.
Also , the fire alarm keeps going off when the plumber is soldering and I can't take the battery out as it is a sealed unit.

Shockingly lazy and having a new BB fitted now at my local lbs. Whilst I can do it I want to support local shop too. Excellent service and traditional lbs with knowledge and cater for every type of cycling.
