Had a great day out at my local Steam Fair at South Cerney airfield - took my ancient Sony Mavica MVC-FD91 digital camera that shoots with a resolution of about 800k and stores the images on a floppy disc -

Evening all .
I am totally knackered. Not because of sailing ( the wind so terrible so I came in early ). But we had an afternoon helping/teaching new members and it seemed really hard work in the sunshine today. Maybe I am getting old 😂😂
Because of that we were home late and havnt had tea yet. The way we are going we will be going eating and then it will be wine o’clock.

Edit it’s now 8.07 pm , pasta was great and it now wine o’clock .😀

Mentioned before that I back onto Peel Hall Park and I'm a member of the 'friends of'' group. Ive just spent 90 minutes with the group, litter picking and cutting back overhanging bushes and brambles to make it safer and easier for people to walk.
It never ceases to amaze me where people drop litter eg i picked up an empty can just a short stroll to the nearest bin.
That should get me into heaven

I enjoyed watching Van der Valk.

Zebedee says it’s time for bed.

Apart from the bloke in the Bible is there abother Zebedee who advises on bedtime?

Good morning all.
A sunny and hot day in prospect. :heat:
I have some domestics to do and I'll cycle up to the local shops for a few bits and bobs.
:bicycle:
My tomatoes will need watering and then i think i will retreat inside by the fan and catch up on a few things on the telly.
Enjoy your day everyone :cuppa:

I watched VDV last night and as always enjoyed it. I didn't realise that 1, it was the last series, and 2, it was filmed several years ago.
I'll be a little sad when it finishes.
We have been watching The strange tale of Amanda Knox, again on ITV which seems to be an international collaboration. It's not bad, but a bit sensationalist in parts.
