No, none of it was fried and no cooking oil was used. Dry cooked in the air fryer.
One full English with veggie sausage per week i am happy with.
5'6" 9 stone 7lbs at age 79.....I am OK with that.

However do you eat anything that’s green other than the mold on your out of date food.🤣🤣🤣🤣

GB Just won gold in the 4 x 100 mtrs. They ran an excellent race.
It also gives Amey Hunt a record 4th gold.

I was so nervous watching it in case they mucked up the changes but it went perfectly. Jaz Sawyers doing well in the long jump too.

Good morning, been up a while. Looked out of the landing window and the ( flat ) roof of the extension looks like it is on its last legs as it's really crumbly after a couple of decades. Time to ring tound the roofers before the rain comes back.

There seems to be much better materials available for flat roofs now that have close to a lifetime guarantee.

A vixen and 2 cubs woke us up at about 3am chattering away in the front garden. I suspect they were trying the food waste bins down the road as it is bin day today.
MrsP wants to go to Chenies Manor Gardens today so lunch will had in The Bedford Arms in Chenies village beforehand.
