Morning all :hello:

Got to take MrsDs car in to the garage today to fix a DPF fault.
I'll be picking the mopeds up this evening, so I'll have some photos to share later.

Most are caused by not doing the regeneration process. Nobody tells you about it when you buy the car. If the revs rise slightly when you arrive at your destination just let the car tick over for a couple of minutes until the idle returns to normal, very few people do this so the DPF gets blocked.

I do the same to lubricate the turbo before I switched the engine off. I also change the engine oil every year instead of the recommended 2 years by the manufacturer.

Afternoon all . Busy day , washing done ✔️, shopping done ✔️ watering done ✔️. Then off to the sailing club to stick down the cushioned floor back down on my boat.
It’s my own fault , I balked at paying the £300 for the proper Sea Deck flooring from the boat manufacturer and sourced a cheaper alternative ( £100) . My friend bought the proper stuff and hasn’t had any problem . This is the third time I’ve had to stick down part of the edge . Oh well you live and learn , sometimes spending more is better value.
Job done and am now back home drinking coffee.
Hoping for a change in the weather tomorrow. 😀

Feeling very windswept after walking along the prom at Mablethorpe. Both dogs had a swim.

Back now acting up so painkiller o'clock.

I didn't realise you were resident over in that part of the world.

My mum was born in nearby Alford (her ashes are there too) so I am moderately familiar with the locale!

A bit further away but I lived in Boston for the first 9 months of my life, too.
