Shopping done, the birds will be happy. The birds that visit like the suet pellets** but the local farm shop is double the price at HomeBargains.
**They also like sunflower hearts but make such a mess so I stick to the pellets plus fat balls.
I am just chomping on nana and yogurt then I will have my delayed walk.

Morning

Been to the pharmacy to get stuff for SWMBO

came back the long way - as you do

came to some traffic light that had just gone read so stopped
couple of cars came up behind me (stop it you lot I know who you are)

anyway - light eventually turned red and I set off

and some numpty (which was not the word I was thinking at the time!) cut right across in front of me from the road on my left
FROM the wrong side of that road
and across the junction without a care in the world directly in front of the cars that were about to cross

I generally just sign deeply
but this was so bad i ended up shouting "Oh come on!!!"
he smiled and nodded in my direction

so - to "that type of person" this is total proof that all cyclist jump red lights
and I can be called as a witness
(and yes - I was on my bike)

House work done and now feeling tired
I have ordered 200mg of iron tablets to see if that helps
Lunch will be tomatoe omelette chips and peas, can't be arsed to do anything else.
The suns out, but it's only 22c and feeling cool
When does autumn start, it must be now ?
Yes (google said) 1st September, well it's all down hill from now on

I have heard that iron tablets are not worth increasing as they don;t absorb very well and the normal tablets are an overdose if they did absorb

so if you take them then your guts will absorb all they can - add more and its like putting a bigger gear on a bike when you can;t manage the current top gear as it is!

might be worth a try thought - everyone is different

Well I've left the heat of Murcia behind and driven into the mountains, were it's still hot currently 24°C but with a nice breeze to take the edge off. Parked about a km from the finish line of stage 12, just hope I'm allowed to stay here and that I can access it plus the podium ceremony. 🤞🤞🤞

Love music and like a wide variety of genres, but never been to a festival and never likely to go, hate crowds and people on mass in general. Pictures like that just reenforce my belief there not for me. The problem is we live in a disposable society, when you can by everything you need to take to one of these festivals for a few pounds why would you bother to pack it and take it home.
