and - just out of curiosity - where exactly do you live???

just so we can keep an eye on you if the worst happens, of course

Aye laddie, I've checked his paws. Bruce seems to pick up a lot of thorns.

Don't think its elbow displasia - the gait isn't right for that and there's no history of it in his pedigree.

He may have sprained it play fighting with Bruce. Will keep an eye on him over the coming days.

When I had my dog she never wanted to let me know she had a problem

I found her limping once on a walk and she just refused to stop walking
well - I say walking - limping badly on 3 legs

I had to grab hold of her
even then - when I said "paw" she insisted on giving me the other paw
she knew damn well which one I was asking for because I always held out my hand on that side

but no - she tried to give me the other one
but couldn;t as putting the other one down hurt too much

I had to grab it and pull it up to get the 12 inch twig off which was nailed to her paw with a massive thorn

when I took it off she seemed SO amazed that it was better

dogs are weird

but mine really did seem to excel at that sometimes!!!

( she also moaned a lot when I dumped it in a bowl of Savlon when I got her home!!!)

Mid ride coffee stop so chance for a photo.
Really impressed by bike so far, setting bars a bit narrower was much better.
I'll possibly raise saddle a touch and take a few spacers out from stem, otherwise spot on.

Bus station is, like most a bit grim. Grey concrete and 1970's architecture. They are trying to spruce it up, a work in progress but this was a blank grey wall just a couple of weeks ago.

That really is a cracking looking bike.

What's going on around the bar ends? Or is that something on the head tube?

Well that's me finished following the Vuelta Espana, for now. Stage 12 Calar Alto was my last stage. I t was lovely up there just above 2000m so a little cooler mid to high 20's and down to teens at night,
