Good afternoon. We are swinging between grey cloud and sunny blue skies. I have bottomed downstairs, writing that just reminded me I missed the back porch, tea is prepared, much tidying has occurred..........as I hoovered the last room Mrs P remarked "I was going to do all that tomorrow" I decided not to comment, saying nowt would have been better.

Off to Chorley next. Clarks website claims the shoes I want are in stock.......we will see. I'll call in at the farm shop for a gammon for tea. Then when I return it's Paul Time!!! Mudguards on the C3 first and then a couple of hours on the allotment.

A good and productive day so far.......

Nice although a bit chilly day here so got out for a ride after a biggish breakfast and a couple of coffees.

Steady 62km's and relatively quiet roads.

Have to have a look at the bike as there was some tyre and brake rubbing going on after swapping in the 35c Teravails and Halo wheels.

Rest of the day will be watching the NFL and maybe a beer this evening.

Oh and tomorrow I've got a Flu vax appointment.

1.25 is imo a good time. Well done to him.

It was the Bournemouth Half today, one of our club runners did it in 1:23. As you say, a good time. When I was doing a bit of running the rough rule of thumb for those looking to run a sub 3 hour Marathon was that you needed to have run at least 1:25 in a half in the build up.
