Cripes it's warm.

It was 38c in our garden today. Even the breeze is warm. I wouldn't even dream of riding in this, I'd end up getting stuck in the tarmac.

I'm going for another shower. :heat:

I'll have you know we live in a micro-climate! It's always hotter and drier this side of the border.

Cycling's one of the few activities you can enjoy in the heat. Try going for a ride, you'll be amazed at how much cooler you'll feel with the windchill.

yes, right, windchill will bring it down to a very tolerable (not) 32c! ;)

I don't enjoy it when it's this hot! :tongue:

Just back from my loop taking in Jumilhac-le-Grand. The OP is right, it's an inferno out there and the roads are indeed melting:

Those Creusois folk are no 'neighbours' of mine! They're vermin ;););););)

Be wary when touring in this region folks, any number plate with a 23 on it.... stay away. We 36s are far more gentile and refined :laugh:

Thats a bit harsh i thought we were all one big family except we are paying slightly more to help some of you ( not the french that i know of yet ) out of a debt problem :hyper:

windchill is fine, stopping is the problem thats when the shower of sweat begins
