Great result, it’s not often the ABs don’t find a way. Some fantastic individual performances from England but those drop goals from Ford changed the momentum. Mitchell did well as did Lawrence. Few lineout blemishes and areas to improve but a win against the ABs is to be enjoyed.

Agreed but probably deserved for that shocker of a no arms tackle at the end. That should have been a straight red.

Ref was terrible though. Ignored Welsh players taken out in the air twice right in front of me then penalised Tomas Williams for a perfectly good jackal that led to Japan’s second try.

Failing to score when they were down to 13 summed it up. Lots of fancy passing the ball around but no-one really breaking tackles but then allowing them to break the game line every time.
