Apparently jumping over the tackle is allowed in the Gallagher…….

Lots of displeased Bath fans over Brown-Bampoe jumping tackles, they resulted in all Exeter's tries and knocked out the Horse.

Bath seemed to lack energy today, and their kicking game was off. Used up a get out of jail card today, but it was still 5 points away from home.

Russell missed a few tricks today and the backs lacked cohesion. They miss Lawrence in the centre who gave them structure. The pack and the replacements were good again.

Just had a look at the highlights.
It’s borderline.
He will argue that you are allowed to do hitch kicks to avoid a tap tackle.

I don't think they were hitch kicks, certainly not a Marcus Smith style hitch kick.
It's much more a jump as the tackle comes in.
Borderline yes, but the wrong side of the line INO and clearly dangerous as one of they resulted in Will Muir being KO'd.

That was my take. Definitely a jump, disguised as a hitch kick.

Leicester currently stifling Bristol out of the game.

Bristol get zilch, what a shame!
Very tight 2nd to 5th, and Gloucester not out of it with their run in.

Bristol's defence coach continues to steal a living.

A couple of the Leicester tries were just embarrassing. Talk about early Christmas presents.
I just find Leicester matches to be dull and defensive. I correctly guessed the outcome and switched off 5 minutes before the end.

French Player takes a dive and has had to issue a formal apology after his own fans called him out. With Nigel Owen’s suggesting it’s a red card offence.
I know it’s difficult to make football comparisons, but why is this sort of stuff accepted by football fans. It would be so easy to crack down on this, but the rule makes ignore it and refs get abused.
