the setup of clipliss pedals

I received the pedals and the shoes today but the shoes don't have the cleat adapter (plate) so that I attach the cleats they are also missing the waterproof seal as per the instructions of the cleats. I have emailed wiggle.

received the cleat nut/plates today with the waterproof seal sticker which I don't think would even stop any water. installed the cleats and been up and down the street and feels ok was able to clip in and out.
