Was supposed to be dry all day but it was a drizzly morning - grrrr!

We seem to have a pattern of weather just now in that the morning is either overcast with cold wind or sunny with cold wind. Then about midday the floodgates open from above and it pours rain all afternoon.

Dull here in Poshshire, but mild. Teetering between being dry and drizzling, as if Michael Fish can't quite make up his mind.

Started with rain and wind, the odd clap. Skies started clearing around 03:00, before clouding over again.

Now, attempting light rain with temperatures still in double figures. Folk still saying it's cold!!
