Its not unridable just that the pic has been manipulated, and not even very well.

Speaking of unridable bikes, I recall an Open University film about one years ago.
The lecturer had a bike rigged to allow him to change the front geometry.
A fairly small adjustment made the bike lean out at corners, making it impossible to ride in anything other than a straight line.
