I think (so I'm probably wrong) that if caught, the so called "pranksters" could be done for common assault, or threatening behaviour. I am not a legal expert, but that's my take on it.
Weird freeks. Dressing up as clowns won't help either.

I'm surprised that no clowns have been shot in the US.
