Things to do with left over turkey

We always chuck leftovers in a pyrex bowl, plenty of gravy on top then cook in the oven. Chips, peas, plenty of vinegar (i love vinegar on gravy)...a quick tasty meal.
The dog wont lose out either, theres two tubs of meat in the fridge, stuff off the carcass that we wouldnt eat. Every bone gets stripped.

Sounds fine, though I'm not sure I'd use the stuffing in the curry ( if it's in solid balls then maybe but if it disintegrates it might be a weird addition to the curry)

I'd put some softened caramelised onions and some chopped toms in with the leftovers.

+1 sick and tired of the stuff SHMBO ended up buying a £45 quid turkey reduced to 11 quid trouble is the leg alone fed our family of 6 it said on the packet servers 17-18 Ive had turkey soup chips and cold meat (turkey) Buffet (mainly turkey) and still have a leg and one side of the breast left :evil:
