I had cluster migraines due to sensitivity to Codeine. Awful.
I don't get them now as I stopped taking the Codeine. I hope your headaches improve

I hate cluster migraines and I suffer from hemopleigic migraines (not sure of spelling) and would like to say (to someone who is no longer a customer)....

If you think that Migraines are merely a wee headache and that I should get over myself. Try one for yourself and see how you get on when you are blind, throwing up and your entire left side is numb and not working.

Of course, I couldn't say that so I sacked her as a customer instead

My mum suffered with awful migraines, throwing up etc. My ex (youngest sons dad) is the same. And my son has Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, which the specialist described as 'a form of stomach migraine'. His episodes hospitalise him, so I know only too well....pity others just presume they know!

If you're in Newcastle that could very well be one of my colleagues, who was proudly showing off her decorations that she put up over the weekend. She wasn't impressed when I declined her offer because 'I really couldn't give a f*ck to be honest'...

We are in the Midlands. I don't have a problem with folks trimming up but not this early.

'Giving up smoking after all this time' will not 'just make you more likely to get cancer anyway,' just because that's what happened to your grandad. He was in his eighties and had smoked like a chimney all his life. That's what made him get cancer. It happened to develop a few months after he gave up smoking, smoking for sixty odd years would have been what did it would be my guess. You're in your thirties, have already wrecked your liver with the booze, just, for the sake of your kids, GIVE IT UP or at least, stop making excuses.
