Think again - check out Lee's race this weekend. Just over 300km in 6 hours. No, you didn't misread that, 31mph average for 6 hours. ISTR some of his commutes averaging 27mph in his Quest.

Legs Larrington tells of his friend going with a streamliner to some TT race where a National Champion ass-hatchet type was present. Beat the champ soundly, and then proceeded to sit at the end, pull out a large TOOLKIT with assorted spanners, hammer, etc., then fish out his pouch and make himself a rollup. Spectators were AGHAST.

Impressive but it'd be interesting to see a wattage plot for that run. The reason I say that is when I rode a Toxy ZR I was cruising about 3mph faster than I would do on a normal bike & that was just jumping on the thing & going for a ride.
