That does look like a stunning bike - but i think im going with the on-one dirty disco frameset and build it around that within a very strict budget lol
You want the more powerful brake on the back.

Oh no you don't, you want the more powerful brake at the front ... the rear brake is nearly redundant in the dry and only slightly useful in the wet. Off-road is somewhat different.You want the more powerful brake on the back.
