Thinking of Turbo Trainer

Probably not get extensive use as I like to ride outdoors in all weathers but I'm certain to use it, so looking at the
Tacx Booster Ultra High Power Folding Magnetic Trainer

I'm not following any fancy training program if that matters.

At this price point is there anything better? I would be prepared to pay more if the benefits are tangible. I don't need an integrated computer as I intend to use my Garmin 800 for the data.

i have a booster, fantastic trainer. will do everything you want. check Costco they were selling it for £180

i have had a few tacx turbo trainers before the ones that measure your power but it has broken but i have now got one of the jet black really cheap ones which i have had for two years which i am really impressed with as i bought it for £80 brand new.
