My wife and daughter drove past a car on a local duel carriageway last week and thought it was on fire. I think it had actually overheated and stream was coming out. My daughter reported to 101. Later saw on the police facebook page police had attended, driver unlicensed, car not properly maintaned, car taken away to be crushed!
