new cartridges for road bike brake blocks which won't let go of old seriously worn down blocks
new cycling gloves (Spech Women's BG Deflect)
new tyres (staying with the Durano Pluses I currently have, but dropping to 700x23c for that little extra clearance between mudguards and tyres...)
new brake blocks (swisstops GHP Flash Pro II's which I like - to keep as spares to replace spares that went onto bike at weekend. Previous set had done 5,000 miles and I suspect it was around 500 miles too far!)
