Thread revival!

I bought this today - a Decathlon Sprint 7.1, found via eBay - for a decent sum

Aluminium frame, although a steel fork, Sora levers/mechs although plastic brake levers. It's got a few minor scratches/marks and the bar tape has nicks but otherwise it looks hardly used. A set of Decathlon pads is only half-used!

It is to be used as a commuter whilst my claim against Leeds City Council progresses. They've rejected my first attempt so I needed a temporary commuter bike ASAP as it looks like it'll be slow progress.

Been paid so - Now I can tell you all.

Gaerne G Chrono Carbon (road shoes) in a fetching white/blue colour scheme from CRC. They go perfectly with my Garmin Sharp & Garmin/Cervelo team kit.

£120 off in the sale & the exact model I wanted before I bought my Very Loud & very red Giro shoes.

Tried to get them on next day a.m delivery to 'avoid' the missus Mi6 surveillance/detection (@ £12 cost I might add) but no longer an option.

Spoke to a CRC dude in Ireland who says next day service is temporarily suspended & the warehouse are running a day behind on all orders.
