I just bought a turkey. I checked that it is dead, has no feathers. Now what do I do? !
Have you cleared the inards out, without to much damage to either opening?

We're having a chicken crown this year (along with the usual gammon) as I am sick of turkey!!!
I have eaten only turkey and chicken for the past 14 months (mainly turkey as it's lower fat) due to medical restrictions.

Meat thermometer.

Use a meat thermometer, cook to 165 degrees C. I love Turkey:hungry:

Cook the stuffing separately, don't stuff the hole!
