After my trip to kinlochleven I was worried as it was a keen drive, right on the final day I got an official letter……… never been so pleased to get a parking ticket

Work stuff, pack running vest, pack spare kit for a mate that’s meeting us in Ludlow, then off for a sauna / ice bath at the club then lots of food and the hot tub followed by an early night

Good sleep. Busy morning but pretty clear (of meetings) this afternoon so time to refuel. Not a lot else planned so may crack open a cider after work. Keeping away from Junior who's at stuck home with the lergy.
