skipped the avocados as i left it a bit late, but armani dragged me into harrods' vip room and plied me with bubbly, chocs and cakes, had a natter, tried on things, back next week, it's the only way to shop, hic

ate all the chocs, but only managed one cake, the strawberry one

Afternoon
woke to more snow and it’s been snowing or sleeting all day. Nipped into Malton to pick up suit from the dry cleaners and the roads were a bit slushy but had cleared by the time I came back. Took Bertie for his first walk in the snow which seemed encourage his Spaniel madness.
Later is supposed to a friends birthday do in Beverley but do we risk driving over the Wolds to get there.
