Tickerfactory exercise ticker no longer there?

Here's a magic trick for you...

Abracadabra... I see that you are viewing on your phone?

Bazzoom... You are using it in portrait mode!

Turn it to landscape mode... Kercrikey, the ticker is back!!!

(The forum software hides stuff in portrait mode on phones to reduce clutter!)

BUT I'm on a PC ...... and I'm getting this message:

"Not Found
The requested URL /ezticker/ticker_designer.php was not found on this server."

nothing has changed AFIK (the ticker is visible on CC but I can't update it)

Ah, maybe something HAS broken at this end then!

I found THIS 5 year old thread in which @Shaun said that a bug had been fixed, but maybe the fix has been lost somehow?
