Time for an airhorn?

I have been considering getting a airhorn for my bike and I have been looking but I would like to have the button closer to my hands so I can use my brake and the horn at the same time if I wanted or atleast to keep balance without having to take my hands off the bars but I see none like it apart from a youtube video but the uploader does not seem to share where he bought his.

Anyway, do you think it is now time to get one to bring my awareness of my presence on the road and where can I get one that describes what I am looking for above.

that end part made me laugh. I think my use would be using it whiles approaching this van to pass, he stopped before pulling out which lead me to believe he seen me but he either did and thought "hes slow" and gone for it or did not see me. Even though I am in bright yellow lol hehe..... I wonder if the car behind me flashed lol

I've got an air zound and have only used it once to let a car know I was in the bus lane it was moving across to turn left up ahead. Other than that it's only been used to scare colleagues at work. Mine's mounted on the right of my handlebars (flat bar MTB) next to my hand grip. I can reach with my thumb instantly.
