Ditto, God knows how I'll shift it as can't really exercise...eating less and being hungry I suppose (although being back at work means I am less likely to snack) :sad:

Going hungry wouldn't be good for you or your weight. If you're not exercising eat healthy unprocessed food to appetite. Stuff you like the taste of. Your body is good at the whole appetite/hunger conundrum.

Lost weight over the hols. Didn't buy a hoard of food and snubbed all traditional mountains of tinned crimbles chocolates. Not worth it, im waiting till im in my 70's to get fat again.
