I put on 8 pounds and none of my clothes fit properly.

Braved the scales this morning for the first time since before Christmas, weight unchanged. I would be smug but it was pretty bad already. But at least it's got no worse.
Although of course, in our post truth world, should I believe the scales ?

My trakkie bottoms still fit, just. So least I have something to wear.

A few months ago I bought emergency jeans which were a size up. I haven't worn them yet but have come close. They still have the label on. My tracksuit bottoms certainly feel tighter and this has nothing to do with Xmas food!
