If you look at the press media, Manchester is the second city to launch this in the M codes only. It's commercial mail, so open to competition. The bikes look heavy, but got to be better than the crap the posties had that were vintage.

Loads more of these recently around Stretford/Chorlton. They seem to ride VERY weakly and always in the gutter, never in primary when it calls for it for lane splits, pinch points, narrow lanes etc. Wonder if they just don't know any better or are told to not piss people off or not given any decent training.
