To any wheel building experts out there, please help!

Right then, what I'm trying to do is adapt a set of QR Campag C17 Zonda Disc wheels to work with 12mm Thru axles.

The front was no problem as it just involved removing 2 reducing caps and the Axle went straight in, it's the rear I'm having trouble with.

I purchased a conversion kit which was meant to remedy my problem but I can't for the life of me see how the bits fit!

I'm sure it's me being thick but any help would be greatly appreciated, I've included some pics of what I have and the hubs.

Oh right, perhaps I should have entitled my post 'to any Axle conversion experts out there'.

Just thought that maybe people who had built a few sets of wheels may have come across different axle configurations that's all, clearly the lack of any advice proves that's not the case.

Just as a follow up, the parts I first bought were in fact the wrong ones. 2 end caps later (£12) and my wheels are now on,
