Looks like a hacked account. The style of the ad bears little resemblance to any of their others legit ones... plus payment by wire transfers should always ring alarm bells

it does look to good to be true but what makes you think he's overseas seller, I can only see uk and no delivery outside of the uk, I

just checked yes does say he is in Cornwall? but one bike says it is shipped from Israel???? may ring didnt think of the hacked account bit

Quite clever too, all the dodgy stuff for doing deals outside of eBay is done using jpg's so won't be picked up by eBay search bots, the pics are hosted on a , au domain name. Deffo a scam/hacked account
