To be fair though, it was wonderful to be out yesterday under beautiful sunshine and 15 degree heat. It's been a stunning Winter but I'm glad to see the end of the snow.

Oh I hear you. And feel for you !

Not just the cold; here in the UK; it’s the long, dark Winter days that make riding hard. Or sometimes ‘impossible’ when coupled with awful weather. But the days are really pulling out both ways now. This was at 6.48am this Morning for example….

Here’s to a long, warm, light Summer ☀️

Here in Scotland we could still get snow!
For sure, the icy morning are not over, not putting my studded tyres bike away yet.

That’s what I feared when I toured the West Coast and Central Highlands last Easter. But, I remember the campsite nr Ben Nevis, I had to use quite of bit force to get the tent pegs into the ground. It had been a very dry Spring.

Thought you were in Denver. Isn’t that next to The Rockies?

Was in Denver - too much snow and too cold in the winter but nice to be near the Rockies, and quite civilized - however, now in the Texas Gulf Coast area - which is not anywhere near as pleasant, rewarding, cultural, adventurous, scenic, as Colorado. I do miss living there.
