Hi all.
I got loads of new cycling kit for Xmas.:snowball::santa: (Thanks MrsB)
However as i move on from my tracksuit and trainers into the realms of a fully fledged MAMIL i find myself facing a little dilemma.

Should I wear pants/boxers/jockstrap underneath my splendid looking leggings, bibs and cycling shorts? :banghead:Or are they made for commando raids?

Always commando under padded cycling shorts/bibs.
They are designed to be worn that way.

But some people do wear pants.

I do wear briefs under my cycling shorts, always have and it hasn't caused me any problems with comfort or chaffing. I ride from 5 miles to 50 miles in a day

A saucepan might hurt my undercarriage

both are equally ridiculous though...
If you find that you prefer to wear pants, wear pants. If on the other hand you find you prefer not to wear pants, don't wear pants.

Shall we move onto helmets now?
or pants on your head? :wibble:

^_^ i asked the same question a couple of years ago mrBish - commando under the bib-shorts/kickers/leggings - if not, i found that i was always pulling my pants oot of my arris and it was most uncomfortable. i wasn't sure if it was 'correct' though. it's the thought of going out with no pants on that makes it, initially, seem wrong but oh my goodness, it's never been so right
