Assos is pre-ride. Although when I've been touring and doing a LOT of miles, I've re-applied on the side of the road!!!

I settled for talc - worked really well on tour under my assos kit... wonder if the cream is 'sex' specific?

they also do a post-ride 'gel' - it looks a bit funky but it smells nice and helps to refresh/repair your skin

And by the sound of is some Butt butter, Na go for a decent set of briefs from M&S wash them as you'd normally do, and ignore the people who have more money than sense

So to sum up..

You shouldn't wear pants because it causes chafing. Those that don't wear pants like to cream themselves up to help stop the er....chafing.

Some people can wear pants and feel comfortable. Others don't because it feels nice.

Those that don't wear pants can't understand those that do.
Those that do can't understand why they can't.

The VPL looks silly.

The padding wicks away moisture.

Well i didnt have any proper creme so i used veg oil and the string of the thong kept creeping up my crack, so i think on the outside.
