I'm glad you've found a good place. We have a couple of nice Thai's, but more often they are Chinese having a go at Thai and taste of generic Chinese buffet

Looks good that, Mr Postie, and as much as I like Thai food it's great to be here for a couple of months and have something different.
Stuff like fish & chips, full fry-up, etc. Yesterday was at a local 'Spoons for their curry club deal - Jalfrezi and a pint for a tenner

As mentioned above, some Thai food in the UK can be mediocre, and I put that down to a dearth of fresh and delicious ingredients here, that are readily available all over Thailand.

I used to enjoy it, quite expensive as I remember..

I had a Thai green curry in a chain pub and it was excellent. Had another one a few weeks later, in a different pub, it was at best mediocre.....not had one since.
