• Endura Humvee 3/4 length baggy shorts + padded undershorts
• Long-sleeved lightweight base layer (no longer has a label, so don't know brand) - one of the best items of cycle kit I own
• ProBikeKIt long-sleeved jersey with full length zip
• Lightweight Montane gilet
• Planet X mitts
• A lightweight bandana to keep the chill off my bald patch and mop up sweat
• A new Giant helmet that I won in a recent TdF competition
• A cheap, broken pair of Nike glasses (must try and araldite the frame!)

Looking at the forecast, I may wish that I had also had...

• Overshoes (I might take some tatty old lightweight ones with me, just in case)
