Whilst visiting my parents this afternoon i put a tin of Kidneys in maderia sauce that we had been gifted by my partners parents into my mum's store cupboard now knowing my mum this tin will still be there undiscovered in about 6 weeks

In fact it might still be undiscovered in about a years time

When we put carpets down in our old house a few years ago, Mrs D mocked up a calendar and we left it under the carpet for the new tenants to find in due course.

The date on the calendar? 2048

That's a marvellous idea, as in a few years when the garden needs redoing the police will come and dig it over for you.
