Got it on my 'cross bike. Caught it occasionally racing, but mainly 'cos I'm too flat out to concentrate.

Does my nut in, so i try to avoid it. I think it's particularly dodgy in the hybrid/utility bike market where many buyers are new to cycling or inexperienced and therefore just don't know about toe overlap.

Just double checked and even my fixie overlaps and I use that to ride into town etc, no way I can stop pedalling and I still manage to weave between traffic without catching the wheel, so I really don't see how its an issue unless you want to be one.
