Glass of Fever Tree ginger beer to drink.

Home made spicy beanburger in a wholemeal roll with cheese, ketchup & mayo, followed by plum crumble & custard.

Baked potato, cheese & beans. Bread & Butter pudding with vappy afterwards.

Home made chicken stew.
I often batch cook and the last bit was too big for 1 portion but not big enough for 2 so..........I did 2 but added some chips.

Leek and blue cheese risotto

Home made kipper pate with crusty baguette (YS from Tesco this evening). It's very moreish. Plum crumble & custard for afters.

Rigatoni with sausage, chilli and fennel ragu, and buffalo mozzarella stirred through it.

The sausages were bought on YS off the counter in Waitrose. Highly recommend.

Not as nice as it used to be from our local fast food Emporium, but acceptable all the same..
I'll use a different plaice next time (coukd be months, we don't get fish & chips often)
